Joint TTS-AST-ESOT Session
Objectives: this session will update attendees on recent efforts to revitalize and reinvigorate clinical trials in solid organ transplantation. In this session, attendees will:
- Learn about the role of private public partnerships with government approval agencies in forging new pathways of drug approval not previously utilized
- Identify and learn about clinical trial endpoints developed through consensus of investigators and patients
- Learn about the design of future trials that may incorporate new endpoints such as patient reported outcomes, biomarkers, composite end points, and specific high risk groups
