Dominique E. Martin, MBBS, PhD, is Senior Lecturer in Health Ethics and Professionalism at Deakin University, Australia. Her bioethics research primarily investigates issues concerning medical products of human origin, including organs for transplantation. She has previously served as a consultant to the World Health Organization on ethical aspects of transplantation. She is past co-chair of the Ethics Committee of The Transplantation Society and currently Co-Chair and Executive Board of the Declaration of Istanbul Custodian Group.
